From Toronto Area - Go North on Hwy. 400 just past Duckworth St. Take Hwy. 11 where 400 and 11 split and turn off at the next exit which is Hwy. 93 / Penetanguishene Rd. Turn Left and go South for one minute. Before you get back into Barrie, you will see us "The Big Blue House" and Motel on the right, 461 Penetanguishene Rd.

From Orillia Area and Hwy. 11 North - Go South on Hwy. 11 toward Barrie. When past The 1st Line of Oro, start looking for the next exit which is Hwy. 93 / Penetanguishene Rd. Take the exit to go South on Penetanguishene Rd and take Penetanguishene Rd. South for one minute. Before you get into Barrie, you will see us "The Big Blue House" and Motel on the Right, 461 Penetanguishene Rd.

From Hwy. 400 North - Go South on Hwy. 400 toward Barrie. When past the Horseshoe Valley Rd Exit, start looking for the next exit which is Forbes Rd. Take the exit and go East towards Dalston. Turn Right on Penetanguishene Rd. and go South. After you cross Hwy 11, continue for one minute and before you get into Barrie, you will see us "The Big Blue House" and Motel on the right, 461 Penetanguishene Rd.

From Barrie's South End - Take Lakeshore Dr. North until it turns and becomes Mulcaster. Turn right on Dunlop St. It will become Blake St. and then Penetanguishene Rd. (Hwy. 93) Go North Past Gergian Dr. You will see us "The Big Blue House" and Motel on the left, 461 Penetanguishene Rd.
